Audio visual technician (M/F full-time – 40 hours)

Lemon Event Support, an innovative event agency based in Grass, Luxembourg, is looking for a passionate and experienced audio visual technician to join its dynamic team!

Your responsibilities:
• Preparation, installation, commissioning, adjustment and dismantling of audio visual equipment for live events (concerts and corporate events)
• Operation and technical assistance
• Assistance and technical support for the final customer
• Collaborate closely with the project managers and event planners to ensure project success

Required technical skills:
• Practical skills in audio visual setup and dismantling
• Good all-round knowledge of audio visual equipment (Sound – Light – Video)
• Spoken languages: French or English; any other language will be considered as an asset

What we’re looking for:
• Interest in the events industry and a continuous willingness to improve knowledge and skills
• Dynamism, proactivity, and a commitment to delivering quality work
• Autonomy, ability to make the right decisions, and aptitude for quickly solving technical challenges
• A good eye and a creative spirit
• Demonstrated experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in an audio visual technician position (in the events industry)
• Flexibility to meet event requirements
• Someone with a good sense of humor 😊

Lighting technician/operator (M/F full-time – 40 hours)

Your responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and supervise lighting for live events (concerts and corporate events)
• Create lighting plots/visualizations
• Conduct lighting studies/illumination for various projects, proposing adaptations and options considering existing constraints
• Collaborate closely with the technical team and event planners to ensure project success
• Manage the installation, programming, and dismantling of lighting equipment
• Supervise the team involved in lighting setup
• Ensure proactive maintenance, quality, and development of lighting equipment inventory
• Provide recommendations

Required technical skills:
• Use of lighting consoles (including grandMA3)
• Use of CAD software, Vectorworks
• Ability to work with networked computer tools
• Spoken languages: French or English; any other language will be considered an asset

• Live sound mixing
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintenance of audio equipment

Required technical skills:
• Practical skills in live sound mixing, sound reinforcement, console operation & live recording
• Knowledge in Dante Network Technologies
• Ability to work with networked computer tools
• Spoken languages: French or English; any other language will be considered as an asset
